Participants must be 6 years to 14 years old when the program starts.
Parkour (“Park-oar”, or maybe “par-core” but never “park hour” and if you try and put “hardcore” in front of it, we’ll punch you) is a training methodology which focuses on movement in both natural and urban environments. The focus is to move over, under, around, and through obstacles elegantly, and with efficiency.
Beginner siblings camp is great for houses with multiple ninja wannabes running around! For ages 6-14. If your little ones have never attended a NanoPK class or Kids' Intro Class or camp at Urban Evolution, and they'd like to train together, this is the right one for you!
